1. General

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and:

2. Service Description

HumanSkills provides an AI-powered interview process that extracts and compiles your professional expertise into downloadable digital files (“Skill Pack”). The Skill Pack includes identity profiles, skill files, and formatted prompts for use with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor.

The Service consists of:

• An automated AI interview (approximately 45 minutes)
• Generation of personalized digital files based on your responses
• A downloadable Skill Pack (ZIP archive)
• A personal expert profile page on the Website

3. Ordering and Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. The following packages are available:

• First Skill Pack — €149 (one-time payment, includes identity profile + one skill)
• Additional Skill — €69 per skill (one-time payment)

All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT for customers in the European Union. The applicable VAT rate is determined by the customer's country of residence in accordance with EU rules on the supply of digital services (Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 282/2011). For customers outside the European Union, no VAT is charged.

Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to download your Skill Pack and your personal profile page is activated.

4. Digital Content — Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

The Skill Pack constitutes digital content not supplied on a tangible medium within the meaning of Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period).

This consent is obtained during the checkout process before payment is finalized. You will be asked to confirm the following statement:

“I agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the Skill Pack is generated and made available for download.”

5. Delivery

The Skill Pack is generated and made available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. Delivery is performed electronically via the Website. You can download your Skill Pack from your account at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to the information you provide during the interview. Your responses and the resulting Skill Pack files are yours.

Our platform: The Website, interview methodology, compilation algorithms, and design are the intellectual property of Vadim Zhurdan. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the interview process or platform.

Skill Pack usage: You may use the files in your Skill Pack for any personal or professional purpose, including uploading them to AI tools. You may not resell the files or offer them as a commercial service to third parties.

7. Personal Profile Page

Upon purchase, a personal profile page is created on the Website displaying your professional information. This page is publicly accessible by default.

You may request deactivation of your profile page at any time by contacting hello@humanskills.online.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content that is delivered immediately (see Section 4), refunds are generally not available once the Skill Pack has been generated and made available for download.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your Skill Pack, please contact hello@humanskills.online within 14 days of purchase. We will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund.

9. Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Data collected during the interview is used solely to generate your Skill Pack and profile page. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

HumanSkills provides AI-generated content based on your input. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the generated files will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

For EU consumers: you also have the right to submit complaints via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
